Eligibility:

The class period for the Cesarz case is three years before you filed your Notice of Consent, but not earlier than May 1, 2011 and ending on March 22, 2018. The class period for the Tang case is January 31, 2017 through March 22, 2018.

Some people who worked during the time periods for both cases may be eligible for two awards.

Each person’s settlement award will be a pro rata share of the net settlement based on an assessment of tips received.
