Eligibility:You may be eligible if you live in the US (including in the District of Columbia, Puerto Rice, the US Virgin Islands, or another US territory) and (1) you booked a room at a Wyndham-affiliated hotel in the US using the Wyndham Hotel Websites, (2) you completed your stay between June 6, 2010 and October 18, 2019, and (3) you paid a resort fee.
You are not eligible if you booked your stay by telephone, through a third-party website, or in any other way than through the Wyndham Hotel Websites.
A resort fee is any mandatory resort fee, service charge, hotel service fee, resort service fee, or facility fee. It does not include taxes or excise fees paid to government entities or optional fees for things like parking.
Typical Settlement Amount:Cash award of $22 for class members who submit a valid claim form. Those who do not will receive 2,200 points in the Wyndham Rewards loyalty program, which can be redeemed for a $25 Restaurant.com gift card or combined with other points for other redemptions.
