You may be eligible if you are a member of either of the following classes:

- Workwell Class: All individuals who used a Workwell uAttend or Citadel finger or facial scanner for work timekeeping purposes in Illinois between March 28, 2014 and April 8, 2019.
- Employer Class: All individuals who used a Workwell uAttend or Citadel finger or facial scanner for work timekeeping purposes while working for a Participating Employer in Illinois between March 28, 2014 and April 8, 2019. Typical Settlement Amount:

Benefits for the Workwell Class: Pro-rata share of the net settlement fund, estimated to be more than $50. Benefits for the Employer Class: Check for approximately $650. This amount includes the $50 payment for the Workwell Class.
