You may claim only one of a number of awards. These include (1) a stainless-steel upper dish rack adjuster repair kit; (2) a 30% cash rebate on the future purchase of a new KitchenAid stand mixer; (3) a 10% cash rebate on the future purchase of a new KitchenAid blender; (4) a cash payment of between $15 and $90; (5) free repairs.
