- WD20EFAX (2TB capacity)
- WD30EFAX (3TB capacity)
- WD40EFAX (4TB capacity)
- WD60EFAX (6TB capacity)

Typical Settlement Amount:

If you bought the WD20EFAX (2TB capacity) or the WD30EFAX (3TB capacity), you will receive at least $4 for each hard drive purchased. If you bought the WD40EFAX (4TB capacity) or the WD60EFAX (6TB capacity), you will receive at least $7 for each hard drive purchased. These amounts may be adjusted depending on how many valid claims are received. If settlement costs are less than the full value of the settlement fund, the amounts may be increased to up to 85% of the value of the hard drives, according to the following manufacturer retail prices: 2TB (MSRP $84.99); 3 TB (MSRP $106.99); 4 TB (MSRP $119.99); 6TB (MSRP $179.99)
