Eligibility:

The settlement includes customers of Waste Pro Florida’s front-end load, roll-off, and residential lines of business. It does not include customers of Waste Pro Florida’s municipal, landfill, or transfer station lines of business, members of the judiciary, entities who are currently in bankruptcy or whose obligations have been discharged in bankruptcy, and government entities. Also excluded are those who had a valid, binding arbitration agreement, who are excluded only for the time period the agreement was in effect.

Benefits:
- For those who still have accounts with Waste Pro: An account credit for up to the total they paid in environmental fees during the class period. If all claims add up to more than $10 million, amounts will be reduced pro rata. The account credit will be applied in monthly installments, over eighteen months or less. If you stop using Waste Pro during this time, the remaining amounts due to you will be reduced by 12% and paid to you in cash, less any amounts owed to Waste Pro at the time.
- For former customers who no longer have Waste Pro accounts: A cash payment of 88% of the total amount they paid in environmental fees during the class period. This amount may also be reduced if the total in claims exceeds $10 million.

Total Settlement Amount: Up to $10,000,000 to pay claims
