Eligibility:You may be eligible if you were a Waste Management residential subscription customer (that is, an individual consumer who subscribed to Waste Management’s residential services, whose contract with Waste Management was not provided under a contract that went through a competitive bidding process) who had a New York mailing address, and who, between September 27, 2016 and August 27, 2020, were charged and paid the administrative charge.
Typical Settlement Amount:Pro-rata share of the net settlement fund. Final amounts will depend on the number of valid claims received.
