Eligibility:

You may be eligible if you were a participant in the plan, at any time between June 8, 2011 and March 31, 2022, including a beneficiary of a deceased person or an alternate payee of a person subject to a Qualified Domestic Relations Order in effect before the end of the above period.

Typical Settlement Amount:

Pro-rata share of the net settlement fund, according to a plan of allocation. The distribution will be based on each person’s average plan account balance during the class period and the length of participation during the class period. Shares that come to $25 or less will not be distributed. Current participants will have their shares deposited into their accounts and invested as new contributions. Former participants will have their shares distributed to rollover accounts. Beneficiaries and alternate payees will receive their shares in the form of a check.
