Eligibility:You may be eligible if you are a person who bought, in store, from a Walmart or Sam’s Club in Missouri, a Prepaid Wireless Telecommunications Service product, for a purpose other than resale, between January 1, 2019 and January 31, 2020. Purchases must have been made in store, not online. Typical Settlement Amount:Approved Class 1 Claimants, that is, those who do not have documentation of their purchase: Payment of $3. Approved Class 2 Claimants, that is, those who have documentation of their purchases: The greater of $3 or the amount of PWTSC collected on each purchase documented for the first $15 of each purchase, up to a maximum total of $20, regardless of the number of purchases. If the net settlement fund is not enough to pay all of these amounts, then the amounts may be reduced.
