Eligibility:

You may be eligible if you are a person who bought, in store, from a Walmart or Sam’s Club in Missouri, a Prepaid Wireless Telecommunications Service product, for a purpose other than resale, between January 1, 2019 and January 31, 2020. Purchases must have been made in store, not online. Typical Settlement Amount:

Approved Class 1 Claimants, that is, those who do not have documentation of their purchase: Payment of $3. Approved Class 2 Claimants, that is, those who have documentation of their purchases: The greater of $3 or the amount of PWTSC collected on each purchase documented for the first $15 of each purchase, up to a maximum total of $20, regardless of the number of purchases. For payments for those who have some documented and some undocumented purchases, see the Settlement Agreement on the Documents page at the settlement website. If the net settlement fund is not enough to pay all of these amounts, then the amounts may be reduced.
