Eligibility:

You may be eligible if you purchased, or received as a gift, an item from a Wal-Mart or Sam’s Club store or online from Walmart.com or Samsclub.com for delivery within the US, then returned the product and received or were credited less sales than was initially paid, between May 2, 2010 and July 16, 2015. (You are not eligible if you returned an item and received a product exchange rather than a refund.)

Typical Settlement Amount:

$3 gift card, depending on the number of claims received. Awards are on a first-come, first-serve basis; they may be up to $15 if few claims are received, or you may not receive a gift card at all if all funds have been exhausted before you may your claim. Each person may only receive one credit, no matter how many items were returned.
