  • between July 20, 2009 and November 9, 2016,
  • and who at any time during that period had a disability and were subject to discriminatory treatment or a hostile workplace because of their disability.
Typical Settlement Amount:

Pool A Claimants will receiver $15,000, Pool B Claimants will receive $2,000.
