Eligibility:

You may be eligible if you are a person to whom Volusion sent its Notice of Data Incident on or around April 21, 2020, announcing the data exposure that took place on or around October 8, 2019.

Typical Settlement Amount:

Benefits: (1) Reimbursement for out-of-pocket losses incurred in dealing with the data breach: Up to $1,500 per person. You must have made reasonable efforts to exhaust all other sources of reimbursement and you must provide documentation with your claim form. (2) Compensation for time spent dealing with the data breach: Up to three hours of lost time, at $20 per hour. Included in the $1,500 per person allowed. Note also that total payments for all valid claims cannot exceed the net settlement fund. If claim amounts do exceed this limit, payments will be reduced according to a plan.
