Typical Settlement Amount:Pro-rata share of the net settlement fund, based on the total amount of out-of-pocket tuition and fees paid for the Spring 2020 semester. Final amount will depend on how many Requests for Exclusion are submitted. You may submit an Election Form to opt to (1) receive your payment by check at a different mailing address than the one UT has on file for you, (2) receive your payment by Venmo or PayPal, (3) apply your payment to future credits at UT, to be used no later than the start of the Fall 2023 semester (August 28, 2023), or (4) give your payment as a gift to UT for deposit into a scholarship fund administered by UT for the benefit of students.
