Eligibility:

You may be eligible if you were enrolled as a student in any program at the University of Pennsylvania after March 17, 2020, you were assessed fees for the Spring 2020 semester, and you were not enrolled for that semester only in a program that, at the beginning of that semester was intended to be an online program.

Typical Settlement Amount:

Equal share of the net settlement fund. If you are a continuing Penn student, your share will be sent automatically as a credit to your Penn Student Account. If you are not a continuing Penn student, your payment will be sent as a check to your last known mailing address with the university. Also, those who are not continuing Penn students may fill out an information form (1) to provide an updated address or (2) to choose to receive your payment via Venmo or PayPal instead of as a check. (Note that continuing Penn students may not select these options.
