Typical Settlement Amount:Amounts paid will depend on each class member’s Discount Amount, that is, the difference between the amount the provider charged and the amount Unified paid you for the claim (subject to deductibles, copays, and coinsurance). Six tiers have been established for determining payments, which will range from $5 to $6,000. Exact amounts may vary slightly, depending on how much money is eventually left in the net settlement fund after other settlement costs have been paid.
