Eligibility:You may be eligible if you are a person or entity (or the successor-in-interest, assign, or heir) who is a party to a Profit Participation Contract with Fox, using form definitions drafted before May 31, 1989, that does not state an express percentage of home video revenue or electronic sell-through revenue for the calculation of profit participation. You may be a recouped member or an unrecouped member, or a member of both under different contracts.
Recouped Class members are those who, as of December 31, 2016, are profit participants in a film that has realized sufficient revenue to require payment of profit participation, and who could have been entitled to payment of additional profit participation if home video or electronic sell-through had been calculated based on more than 20% of these revenues.
Unrecouped Class members are those who, as of December 31, 2016, are profit participants in a film that has not realized sufficient revenue to require payment of profit participation.

Typical Settlement Amount:Awards will be paid from (1) an $11.5 million Recouped settlement fund and (2) a $1.1 million Unrecouped settlement fund, after fees and costs have been deducted.
