Category 1: You made a card purchase at the restaurants during the class period.

Category 2: You made a card purchase and later experienced unauthorized or fraudulent charges on that card between November 21, 2018 and May 14, 2020.

Typical Settlement Amount:

Category 1: $20. Category 2: $20, plus up to $2,500 in unreimbursed charges on the credit card. The $20 payment may be adjusted up or down, depending on the number of valid claims received.
