Eligibility:

You may be eligible if you are a Missouri county with a population of 10,000 or more persons (as found by the Missouri Census Data Center as of July 1, 2014, including independent city the City of St. Louis, and the State of Missouri’s transportation authority, which have or had ET Plus guardrail end terminals with four-inch-wide feeder chutes installed on the roadways they own and maintain.

Typical Settlement Amount:

The settlement offers the following:
- Money for class members who previously removed and replaced undamaged four-inch ET Plus devices; $3,500,000 allocated for this item, with a deadline of 10/10/2023.
- Money to pay for locating undamaged four-inch ET Plus guardrail on roads they own and maintain; $2,500,000 allocated for this function, with a deadline of 01/09/2023.
- A new MASH Type A tangent end terminal plus a flat payment of $1,700 for each undamaged four-inch ET Plus currently installed on roadways they own and maintain; deadline of 10/09/2028.
The above are subject to the terms and conditions set forth in the Settlement Agreement. If claims add up to more than the amounts allocated, they will be prioritized as set forth in the Settlement Agreement. You may submit as many claims for replacements as are necessary during the six-year period after the final judgment.
