 This settlement includes all persons who purchased at least one Tom’s of Maine toothpaste, deodorant/antiperspirant, soap, sunscreen, diaper cream, body wash, shampoo, hand/body lotion, lip gloss/shimmer, lip balm, mouthwash or any other personal or oral care product sold in the United States during the class period of March 25, 2009 to September 23, 2015, and which is labeled, advertised or promoted as “natural,” or, in the case of deodorant/antiperspirant, is labeled, advertised or promoted as “naturally dry.”

Typical Settlement Amount:

Up to $28, depending on information provided in your Claim Form.
