You may be eligible if
- Between July 17, 2011 and December 6, 2017,
- You bought one or more items from a TJ Maxx, Marshalls, or Home Goods store in California that had a “Compare At” price on its label, and
- You have not received a refund or credit for all of the items.
Merchandise credit for a pro-rata share of the net settlement fund; final amount depends on the number of valid claims received. Merchandise credits do not expire; you may exchange the merchandise credit for cash equal to 75% of its value by returning it to the claims administrator unused for one year after issuance.
