(2) If the event was postponed or rescheduled but is not yet cancelled and has not yet occurred, and you lived in California when you bought the ticket, you may receive a cash payment of the purchase price of the ticket, minus any amounts already paid or any amounts spent in credit, but you must submit a California Postponed or Rescheduled Event Claim Form by the deadline. You must also relinquish any e-tickets, physical tickets, or transfer tickets you hold.
(3) If your event was postponed or rescheduled as specified but not yet cancelled, and it is cancelled after August 17, 2022, and you hold a ticket at the time of cancellation, you will be entitled to other relief.
If refunds claimed add up to more than the $4.1 million, then claims will be reduced on a pro-rata basis.
