Eligibility:

You may be eligible if you are a natural person who bought, not for resale, any of the following Thinx Period Underwear in the US, between November 12, 2016 and November 28, 2022: Cotton Brief, Cotton Bikini, Cotton Thong, Sport, Hiphugger, Hi-Waist, Boyshort, French Cut, Cheeky, and Thong.

Typical Settlement Amount:

Either cash reimbursement for pairs of Thinx underwear already purchased or a voucher to buy more pairs.
- Cash reimbursement, with proof of purchase: $7 for each purchase, of up to three pairs of Thinx Period Underwear. If you were sent a claim form, you may check it to see if Thinx has a record of your purchases.
- Cash reimbursement, without proof of purchase: $3.50 for each purchase, of up to three pairs of Thinx Period Underwear.
- Voucher: Instead of a cash reimbursement, a voucher for a discount of 35% of future purchases of Thinx Period Underwear, to be used on a single purchase of up to $150 (maximum discount $52.20). Valid for six months; for use on full-price, eligible products. May not be transferred or combined with any other offers, discounts, or promotions.

Total Settlement Amount: $4 million minimum; $5 million maximum
