Eligibility:You may be eligible if you are an individual in the US who, between February 11, 2012 and January 28, 2020, made a Qualifying Purchase of a product bearing a discount from the Children’s Place. The class has three tiers:
Tier 1: A claimant who does not submit proof of Qualifying Purchases, or with a Qualifying Purchase during the class period of less than $50.
Tier 2: A claimant whose Qualifying Purchases during the class period total $50.01-$150, and who submits proof of purchase or a class member number from an e-mail notice.
Tier 3: A claimant whose Qualifying Purchases during the class period total more than $150 and who submits proof of such purchases.
Typical Settlement Amount:Vouchers, for either $6 off a purchase (no minimum purchase) or 25% off the first $100 of a purchase. Tier 1: one voucher. Tier 2: two vouchers. Tier 3: three vouchers. TCP will issue 800,000 vouchers, valid for six months. If the voucher fund would be exhausted in a single round of distributions, then all vouchers distributed will be for a dollar amount discount; no 25% vouchers will be distributed. Also, in this case, the value of the vouchers will be calculated on a pro rata basis.
