You may be eligible if you are a person or entity in the US, Puerto Rico, US Virgin Islands, or Guam who owned one or more of the following Taurus models of firearms on July 30, 2015:

  • PT-132 Millennium
  • PT-138 Millennium
  • PT-140 Millennium
  • PT-145 Millennium
  • PT- 745 Millennium
  • PT-609
  • PT-640
  • PT-24/7

“PRO” series models are included. Taurus G2 model pistols are not included. State, local, or federal governments, bodies, or agencies are not eligible.

Claim forms will not be available until the settlement has been finally approved and appeals have been completed.

Typical Settlement Amount:

Cash payment for returns of pistols, up to $200; may be less depending on the number of pistols returned. Also safety training and enhanced warranty for these model pistols.

Total Settlement Amount: $30,000,000
