“PRO” series models are included. Taurus G2 model pistols are not included. State, local, or federal governments, bodies, or agencies are not eligible.
Claim forms will not be available until the settlement has been finally approved and appeals have been completed.Typical Settlement Amount:
Cash payment for returns of pistols, up to $200; may be less depending on the number of pistols returned. Also safety training and enhanced warranty for these model pistols.
