Eligibility:You may be eligible if you are a person in the US who, between September 1, 2018 and September 25, 2020, received either (1) a call or text on your cell phone placed using a dialing platform or (b) at least two telemarketing calls or texts during a twelve-month period when your phone had been on the National Do Not Call Registry for at least thirty-one days, and the calls were from Sunrun, or from Media Mix, RMC, or Americor who were trying to generate leads for Sunrun.
Typical Settlement Amount:An equal share of the net settlement fund, after attorney fees, settlement expenses, and so on have been deducted. Final amount will depend on the number of valid claims received.
