You may be eligible if you are a person who, between September 1, 2015 and September 1, 2019, (1) while in California, (2) bought at least one ticket from StubHub, (3) using the StubHub website or mobile website. You are not included if you bought your tickets through the StubHub mobile app.

Typical Settlement Amount:

Choice of one of the following benefits: (1) Credit valid for three years toward a future StubHub ticket purchase, estimated to be between $80 and $133. (2) Electronic cash payment of up to $20. If the requested cash payments would add up to more than the $2,500,000 allotted for these, then the amounts of the payments will be reduced.

Total Settlement Amount: $20,000,000 for credits and up to $2,500,000 for cash payments
