Eligibility:

You may be eligible if you were a Sprint account holder who paid for unauthorized third-party SMS services after July 1, 2010 and if you have not already received a credit for the charges.

  • Customers with Sprint postpaid accounts are eligible for full refunds of these charges.
  • Customers with Sprint prepaid accounts (Virgin Mobile, Boost Mobile, Sprint Prepaid, and Assurance Wireless) are eligible for a one-time refund of $7 for these charges.
Typical Settlement Amount:

Varies for postpaid customers; $7 for prepaid customers. Amounts may be less depending on the number of claims received. Current Sprint customers will receive refunds as credits to monthly bills or prepaid accounts; former Sprint customers will receive a check.
