- Reimbursement for out-of-pocket expenses: Up to $500 for expenses incurred in dealing with the data breach, including up to three hours of lost time at $20/hour.
- Reimbursement for extraordinary losses: Up to $3,000 for actual, documented, unreimbursed losses that were more likely than not caused by the data breach, occurred between November 24, 2021 and January 25, 2023, and not already covered by one or more of the other categories of benefits.
- California statutory benefit: $50 cash payment for those who lived at a California address at the time of the data breach.
