Typical Settlement Amount:

Choice of benefits: (1) free four-month membership subscription to the program; or (2) $5 voucher for each $14 fee paid, up to $20 in the form of four vouchers. Those who do not make a choice within sixty days of receipt of the Notice will be assigned the four-month membership. In addition, Spartan will change its language explaining the fee.
