Eligibility:You may be eligible if you made a qualifying promotional purchase, between November 7, 2012 and July 23, 2018, at a Sleepy’s retail location in Massachusetts or online for delivery in Massachusetts, and you were entitled to a promotional gift card from Sleepy’s as part of the purchase. Subclass A, the Redeemed Voucher Subclass, includes class members who redeemed their vouchers. Subclass B, the Unredeemed Voucher Subclass, includes class members who did not redeem their vouchers.
No claim form is necessary.
