Eligibility:

You may be eligible if you were a Six Flags monthly membership accountholder in the US who was charged fees for monthly memberships during the time when their Six Flags home park in the US was closed because of the Covid-19 pandemic, even though it was otherwise scheduled to be open, between March 13, 2020 and September 10, 2021, and who did not receive a full refund for the charges.

The monthly memberships at issue include Regular, Gold, Gold Plus, Platinum, Diamond, and Diamond Elite. The settlement does not include those with season passes or individual day passes.

- For those who cancelled their memberships: Voucher for complimentary admission for each six months they were charged for membership while their home park was closed.
