Case Summary:This settlement resolves four class actions against Six Flags Entertainment Corp., Great America, LLC (which does business as Six Flags Great America and Six Flags Hurricane Harbor), Magic Mountain, LLC, and Six Flags Great Adventure, LLC. Eligibility:You may be eligible if you went to a covered Six Flags theme park or waterpark in the US during a certain period between October 14, 2016 and September 28, 2017, you used a credit or debit card to pay for something, and you received a printed receipt. Typical Settlement Amount:Benefits: (1) For holders of US season pass holders or members who were season pass holders during the class period, who visited at least one covered park between October 14, 2016 and September 28, 2017: $13 voucher, sent automatically, usable as cash at any of the covered parks, good for a period of two years. (2) For those who were not season pass holders: $13 voucher (without proof of transaction) or cash payment, estimated to be up to $27 per transaction (with proof of transaction). Those who receive the automatic voucher may also submit a claim form for the $27 payment, but they may not receive a second $13 voucher. Final cash payment amounts will depend on the number of valid claims received and the number of transactions.
