Eligibility:You may be eligible if you were employed by ShopKeep or Lightspeed Commerce USA as a sales representative as follows:
- In New York between January 8, 2015 and April 1, 2021,
- In Oregon between January 8, 2018 and April 1, 2021, or
- Anywhere in the US between January 8, 2018 and April 1, 2021.
If you worked as a sales representative in New York or Oregon curing the respective class periods, you are a Class Member. If you worked as a sales representative elsewhere in the US during the relevant class period, you are a Collective Member.
Typical Settlement Amount:Portion of the net settlement fund, based on a formula approved by the court. Half the payment will be subject to payroll deductions for taxes and withholdings and will be reported on a Form W-2; the other half will not be subject to deductions and will be reported on a Form 1099.
