Typical Settlement Amount:Amounts of payments will depend on the state class to which you belong. The Kansas, Alabama, New York, Minnesota, California, Missouri, Georgia, Florida, and Pennsylvania Classes are collectively called the FDCPA Class. Member of this class will receive different benefits from the members of the North Carolina and Michigan Classes because the state laws differ.
