Alternatively, you may request a cash payment of up to $100. (2) Reimbursement of extraordinary losses: Up to $25,000 for documented losses from financial fraud or identity theft. (3) Identity protection: 36 months of IDX Identity Protection Services, with three-bureau credit monitoring, a $1 million insurance policy, and identity restoration services.
