Typical Settlement Amount:

One of three forms of relief are available until November 30, 2021: (1) Replacement PDP for the affected television. If a replacement PDP is not available, then the class member can choose to receive either (2) an exchange for an alternative flat panel display television with reasonably similar display size and features or (3) a refund of the affected television’s estimated purchase price.
