You may be eligible if you were a Sam’s Club member who, during the class period for your state, bought certain fresh products from a Sam’s Club in the US, and returned that product but did not receive the full value of the Freshness Guarantee (double your money back or refund of the original purchase price plus replacement of the item). Fresh products include certain foods in the meat, deli, produce, bakery, or seafood departments that are sold fresh (such as fruits, vegetables, meats, and seafood) or prepared fresh by Sam’s Club or are “farm-to-club” fresh products.
