Eligibility:You may be eligible if you are a person in the US who, between September 12, 2017 and February 26, 2019, used a debit card or credit card at a Safeway fuel location and you were given an electronically printed receipt showing the first six and last four digits of your payment card number.
Note that Safeway fuel locations did not print the kinds of receipts at issue during the entire period above. Also, receipts from Safeway stores are not included in this settlement.
Typical Settlement Amount:Equal share of the net settlement fund, estimated at $18-$36. Final amounts will depend on the number of valid claims submitted.
