Eligibility:

You may be eligible if you are a current or former female Riot employee, temporary agency contractor, or temporary agency contractor who applied for a permanent position, who worked for Riot in California, between November 6, 2014 and December 27, 2021. “Female” means persons who have self-identified as female or who have not identified a gender but who has a “female-identifying name.”

Typical Settlement Amount:

Benefit: (1) Minimum payment: $2,500-$5,000, depending on whether you were an employee or a temporary agency contractor (paid regardless of whether you exclude yourself). (2) Employees: $15,000-$35,000. (3) Temporary contractors: $5,000-$10,000. (4) Those who worked as an employee in or before 2015: Additional $40,000. (5) Additional payment based on number of months worked. Payments may be reduced if you have already received money from a settlement or severance agreement with Riot. Payments may also increase or decrease depending on the final class size, and may increase if the court awards less than $20 million in fees to the attorneys and claims administrator.
