Eligibility:

You may be eligible if you own mechanically distributed or reproduced rights in (1) Qualifying Registered Works made available or played on Rhapsody in the US between March 7, 2013 (registered with the Copyright Office on or before March 7, 2016) and March 21, 2019, and (2) Qualifying Unregistered Works that were not registered with the Copyright Office. You are not eligible if you are not a US resident or if you participated in the settlement between Rhapsody and the National Music Publishers Association between October 16, 2017 and December 31, 2017 or are otherwise covered by that settlement.

Typical Settlement Amount:

Up to $35 for each Qualified Registered Work played at least once in its entirety. Up to $1 for each Qualified Unregistered Work played more than 24 times in its entirety by someone other than the copyright holder and for which Rhapsody did not have license. Amounts may be reduced pro-rata if total amount claimed exceeds $10,000,000.
