Eligibility:

You may be eligible if you belong to one of the following classes:

- Skip-Trace Class 1: All persons who received a call on their cell phones, between June 17, 2012 and April 2, 2019, from Rash Curtis’s DAKCS VIC dialer or Global Connect dialer whose cell phone number was obtained by Rash Curtis through skip tracing.

- Skip-Trace Class 2: All persons who received a prerecorded message or robocall on their cell phones or landlines, between June 17, 2012 and April 2, 2019, from Rash Curtis whose telephone number was obtained by Rash Curtis through skip tracing.

- Non-Debtor Class 1: All persons who received a call on their cell phones, between June 17, 2012 and April 2, 2019, from Rash Curtis’s DAKCS VIC dialer or Global Connect dialer whose telephone number was obtained by Rash Curtis through skip tracing and in whose names Rash Curtis never had debt-collection accounts.

- Non-Debtor Class 2: All persons who received a prerecorded message or robocall on their cell phones or landlines, between June 17, 2012 and April 2, 2019, from Rash Curtis whose telephone number was obtained by Rash Curtis through skip tracing and in whose names Rash Curtis never had debt-collection accounts.

You are not eligible if you gave your cell phone number in an application for credit to a creditor that has opened an account with Rash Curtis in your name before Rash Curtis first placed a call using an automatic telephone dialing system or a prerecorded voice.

Typical Settlement Amount:

Benefits: $500 per call. However, no money is available at this time as Rash Curtis still has the right to appeal the case as of this writing. Those eligible to receive more than $600 must submit a Form W-9.
