Eligibility:You may be eligible if
- You are a current or former owner of a home
- Built by Pulte in Florida after April 17, 2005,
- You have incurred out-of-pocket expenses as a direct result of construction defects in the home or the repairs made by Pulte and its contractors, and
- The expense was incurred before December 27, 2018.
Only property loss claims will be considered for reimbursement. These include such things as costs to inspect or repair and repaint cracking stucco, costs of fixing water intrusion and the property damage it caused, costs of mold remediation, and the like.
