Photographs of products will not be considered valid proof of purchase.

Eligibility:

You may be eligible if you live in the US and bought any of the P&G aerosol products between November 4, 2015 and December 31, 2021. The list of products on the claim form includes the following:
- Old Spice antiperspirant
- Old Spice “Below Deck” deodorant
- Secret antiperspirant
- Pantene dry shampoo
- Pantene dry conditioner
- Waterless dry shampoo
- Waterless dry conditioner:
- Aussie dry shampoo
- Aussie dry conditioner
- Herbal Essences dry shampoo
- Hair Food dry shampoo
- Old Spice dry shampoo
- Other P&G Aerosol Product that I allege contains benzene

Typical Settlement Amount:

$3.50 or voucher per unit
Monetary payment of up to $3.50 for each product purchased during the class period; or voucher worth $5-$10 for the same product.
Without proof of purchase: $3.50 per product, maximum $10.50, or up to three vouchers.
With proof of purchase: Up to $3.50 per product or voucher worth $5-$10 for the same product; no maximums.
The number of vouchers or monetary payments you can receive will be reduced by any vouchers previously received through P&G’s recall programs. If all claims received total more than $8 million, payments will be reduced on a pro-rata basis.

Total Settlement Amount: Up to $8,000,000 for claims, including voucher values
