You may be eligible if you were the subject of a background check report obtained by Pride Industries in the US, between January 28, 2015 and December 31, 2021. There are two subclasses:
- The Five-Year FCRA Subclass is all those in the above class for whom Pride obtained a background check report between January 28, 2015 and January 27, 2018.
- The Two-Year FCRA Subclass is all those in the above class for whom Pride obtained a background check report between January 28, 2018 and December 31, 2021.
The Five-Year Subclass will receive 40% of the net settlement fund. The Two-Year Subclass will receive 60% of the net settlement fund. If you are a member of both classes, you will be considered to be in the Two-Year Subclass. Payment amounts will be calculated by dividing the amount allocated to each by the number of participating class members.
