Case Summary:

This settlement resolves a number of class actions against Quincy Bioscience, LLC and other related companies concerning its supplement Prevagen. The complaint alleged that Prevagen was marketed as improving memory but that these claims were false and misleading.

In addition to this Action, this Settlement also resolves all Prevagen Actions (as defined in the Settlement Agreement), including:

You may be eligible if you are an individual who bought a Prevagen product from a settling defendant or from a reseller authorized by the settling defendants to sell Prevagen products, for personal use and not for resale, in the US, between January 1, 2007 and July 21, 2020.

The settling defendants include Quincy Bioscience Holding Company, Inc., Quincy Bioscience, LLC, Prevagen, Inc., d/b/a Sugar River Supplements, Quincy Bioscience Manufacturing, LLC, Mark Underwood, and Michael Beaman.

Typical Settlement Amount:

With proof of purchase: 30% of the Quincy Manfacturer’s Suggested Retail Price for each product purchased, up to $70 per claimant. Without proof of purchase: Also 30% of MSRP, but only up to $12 per claimant.
