Typical Settlement Amount:Benefits: (1) Credit monitoring: Two years of TransUnion’s myTrueIdentity protection services, above and beyond any services previously offered by Presidio after the data incident. Includes $1 million in identity theft insurance. (2) Reimbursement for out-of-pocket losses: Up to $500 total, for such things as money spent remedying identity theft, freezing or unfreezing credit reports, and so on. (3) Reimbursement for time: Up to four hours at $15 per hour; to be included as part of the above $500 total.
