Typical Settlement Amount:

Class members will receive a share of the net settlement fund. The Settlement Administrator will calculate the total number of pay periods for class members and divide the net settlement amount by that number. Each individual will receive an equal share for each pay period worked. For each payment, 70% will be considered penalties and 20% as interest; these amounts will be reported to the IRS on a Form 1099. The other 10% will be considered wages and reported on a Form W-2.
