You may be eligible if you own or acquire a residential or commercial building in the US in which Poz-Lok pipes or pipe fittings have been installed, and which have experienced leaks from those pipes, pipe fittings, or components. Claims must be made within one year of leaks.

Typical Settlement Amount:

$10-30 per linear foot of pipe that requires replacement, adjusted according to time pipe has been installed; plus awards for consequential damages caused by leaks; up to a maximum of $100,000. Final amount awarded is at the discretion of the settlement administrator.
