Case Summary:Porsche and Volkswagen have agreed to a settlement of at least $80 million to resolve consumer class actions alleging that certain Porsche gasoline vehicles sold or leased in the US produce more emissions or get worse fuel economy on the road than in testing conditions, and that their Monroney stickers may have been inaccurate. Also, the complaint alleged that certain vehicles, when driven in PDK Sport or Sport+ Mode may exceed emissions limits.

Eligibility:You may be eligible if you own, lease, or previously owned or leased a one of the fuel economy class vehicles or other class vehicles as of June 29, 2022, or if you own a Sport+ class vehicle and complete the Sport+ emissions compliant repair while you own the vehicles, unless the repair is not available for your vehicle.
