You may be eligible if you were sent or received a prerecorded voicemail on your cell phone, that was sent by or on behalf of Penn Credit, without your consent, between April 30, 2015 and May 6, 2021. Note that there are two subclasses for this class action, and that only Skip Trace Subclass members can receive cash benefits from this settlement.
- Skip Trace Subclass: All those in the above class whose cell phone number was obtained via the use of skip tracing or similar techniques.
- Non-Skip Trace Subclass: All those in the above class whose cell phone number was not obtained by skip tracing or similar techniques.
Although Non-Skip Trace Subclass members are not eligible to receive cash benefits from this settlement, they do retain their right to sue Penn Credit for the same thing.Typical Settlement Amount:
